Our Dry suits are designed to meet the highest demands of technical and professional diving, and thanks to a continuous and collaborative effort between our team and qualified professionals (instructors, workers, military personnel, etc.), we are able to create a functional, reliable, and durable product.
A dry suit should be comfortable and allow for unrestricted body movement, prevent the formation of large gas pockets that can impede drainage, be resistant to abrasions in areas most exposed to contact with the environment, provide more thermal protection in areas of the body that need it most, and minimize creases to achieve greater hydrodynamics.
The pattern has been carefully studied to achieve maximum freedom of movement, both in and out of the water, ensuring optimal mobility. The essential and simple design offers great lightness without compromising the aesthetics of the suit.
All materials and components used in our suits are of the highest quality, using top brands in the dry suit component market.
TRILAMINATE
One of the great advantages of our suits is the material they are made of. We use a Ferguson trilaminate with a double layer of polyester and butyl rubber (410-450g/sqm). Crafting this type of suit with this material requires a great deal of skill from our workers, as its sealing requires the latest technologies in liquid polymers. This is why other manufacturers opt for more common and lower quality materials.
REINFORCEMENTS
Our protections are made with X-treme Cordura (1100d.) fabric, made with high-resistance tsln polyamide to tearing, rubbing, or penetration. They surpass the strictest durability and comfort tests carried out in the most extreme conditions.
ZIPPER
Given the importance of this material on the garment, we have chosen a metal zipper from the brand BDM, which has a long and undisputed experience in the sector and counts among its customers the most demanding ones.
VALVES
We use Apeks or Si tech valves, the top two brands in this sector, depending on the customer's choice. The inflation valve is rotatable and located on the sternum. The exhaust valve is adjustable in evacuation resistance.
FOOTWEAR
To achieve a good and varied range of finning techniques, ankle mobility is essential. Therefore, in our suits, we have opted to integrate Hiper-sole boots, a 3mm neoprene footwear for greater comfort in the feet. We also offer the possibility of placing a 3mm Sheico supratex neoprene sock, giving the opportunity to adjust the footwear to the needs of each diver.
NECK SEALS AND WRIST SEALS
Our wrist seals are made of latex and can be easily changed without damaging the structure of the suit, considering the periodic changes that this type of material requires. We have added a 2mm neoprene neck overcollar to prevent direct rubbing of hoses or elastic cords, which are common in technical divers. This gives the possibility of placing different options in the suit (see accessories section).
